About Mr. Mulvaney:

Mick Mulvaney served in various policy positions in the US government and legislature. His positions have included serving as the White House Chief of Staff in the Trump administration, before going on to take the position as United States Special Envoy for Northern Ireland. Mr Mulvaney spent 6 years as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from South Carolina's 5th district, and from 2017 to 2020, Mr. Mulvaney directed the Office of Management and Budget.
